The MCATS Health Economics Unit undertakes a range of projects focused on economic evaluation as well as the assessment of efficiency, equality and quality of healthcare production and performance.
To-date, researchers have leverage the data from these projects to inform policy-making decisions in a range of areas aimed at improving access to health care and reducing inequalities at State, Commonwealth and International levels.
