What are You Worth? Costing and Pricing for Platform Technology Facilities
Using your value propositions from the last workshop, now put a monetary value on your services.
FREE Workshop in Costing and Pricing for Platform Technology Facilities
While pricing decisions for your services and instruments may not directly relate to the cost of providing these services, understanding the true cost of providing each service is vital for strong financial management and good governance.
This workshop will demystify the area of costing and pricing, looking at direct costs, methods of allocation of indirect costs (including Activity Based Costing) and factors to be considered in pricing and budgeting.
Bring along your own financial reports as they will be used as the basis of one of the exercises.
(We will be obviously mindful of respecting the confidentiality of financial data).
