VPTN Workshop: More meetings?! – Leadership Skills and Chairing Effective Meetings
Do you find yourself at meetings that take too long? Or have trouble getting what you want out of a team meeting? Let’s look at effective ways to apply leaderships skills to your meetings and your facility.
Level 7 Seminar Room, Building 99, off Centre Lane. Go to the lifts at Entry B and then to Level 7 and follow the signs.

We’ve heard it all before: “Group meeting, again?”, “What’s this meeting about?”, “It should have taken half the time!”
How can you build on your leadership skills to apply to your team and your team meetings?
For the final workshop of the current VPTN program, our resident facilitator Shaun Davis (Australian Institute of Management) will be guiding us through what makes good leaders, how these skills can help you get the most from meetings and how these apply to your team.
The interactive workshop will cover techniques that are relevant not only to group meetings, but also your users group meetings, training sessions, partnership meetings and negotiations.
