Networking and short presentations from Prof. Sally McArthur A/ Dean, Research and Engagement, Faculty of Science, Engineering and Technology, Swinburne University of Technology and Hugh O’Donnell, Director of the High Performance Consortium. Presentations will focus on models, opportunities and outcomes from industry innovation and engagement. Leonie Walsh, Lead Scientist DSDBI, will talk about the opportunities to enhance linkages between science, technology and innovation.

Take an optional tour of the UoM Dept of Anatomy and Neuroscience’s Melbourne Brain Center Imaging Facility to learn about its new 7 tesla whole of body MRI research system. Learn about PET, CT and MRI scanning as well as links to a wonderful volunteer bank.
