Mary Goldsmith is both a Workshop Facilitator and an Executive Career Consultant, assisting clients to market themselves and their businesses. Before joining Mt Eliza Business School (now part of Melbourne Business School) where she designed and delivered customised leadership development programs for companies such as Amcor Australasia, DIIRD, Kraft Foods and Orica, Mary worked as an executive recruitment consultant. She now runs her own business, Dunelm Consulting. Mary holds a Master’s Degree in Arts, and an MBA from Durham University Business School, UK.
