The Monash Immersive Visualisation Platform features CAVE2(TM) - a world-leading capability for the display and interactive exploration of rich and large datasets. It is used by scientists, engineers and artists to visualise, manipulate and comprehend data such as engineering models, multi-dimensional images across the size scale from nanoscopic to cosmic, and the outputs of scientific, computational and engineering simulations across the physical and life sciences and the arts and humanities.

The Be Active Sleep and Eat (BASE) state-of-the-art research facility, at the world renowned Monash University, is dedicated to advance the science of nutrition, sleep and activity and maximize healthy outcomes for all Australians. The facility was officially launched on the 1st October 2013 to encapsulate research and education in the areas of nutrition (Department of Nutrition & Dietetics), sleep (School of Psychological Sciences) and exercise and activity (Department of Physiology and Department of Physiotherapy) within the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences . Through a multidisciplinary approach, the team of accredited academics and professionals are pioneering the integration of nutrition, sleep and exercise physiology from research into practice. A wide range of products and services are available to suit individuals , groups , and companies the to assist in the enhancement of health across the lifespan.
