With over 30 years of experience in development of cochlear implant technologies and translational design into retinal prostheses and neuro bionics fields, the Bionics Institute brings a multidisciplinary approach to custom implant design and fabrication.

Specialising in taking designs from sketches to realised prototypes, our facilities and personnel offer a full suite of capabilities including digital design, rapid prototyping, iterative implant fabrication, testing and validation.
