Our purpose is to provide high quality, ethically obtained biospecimens to support research that will lead to improvements in cancer diagnosis and treatment.

The Victorian Centre for Functional Genomics at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre provides the infrastructure and expertise to perform small interfering (siRNA), micro RNA (miRNA), long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) and lentiviral-based short hairpin RNAi (shRNAmir) knockdown screens for functional genomics studies.
