Service overview

Screening for restriction enzymes that can be used for the digestion of the genomic DNA, cloning of 3′,5′ and if necessary an internal southern probe.
Preferably this is done before the cloning of the targeting construct as restriction enzyme sites can be added to the targeting construct to make the downstream southern screening easier.
