The Zeiss Cell Observer spinning disk confocal microscope is ideally suited to fast live imaging of cellular dynamics in 2 or 3 colours. Equipped with dual Photometrix Evolve EMCCD cameras to enable simultaneous imaging in the green and red channels (or green and far red). This system is capable of frame rates of around 30 fps and used to record 3D movies of live cells (Z-stack + time lapse). Fast 3 channel sequential imaging in green, red and far red channels is also possible using a single camera. Fully incubated with insert for 2, 4 or 8 chamber slides to enable multi point tiling and imaging of control and test samples in parallel.
