Manufacturer: Rigaku, Micromax 007-HF

The Micromax 007-HF X-ray source is a rotating anode generator used in X-ray crystallography. A highly focused electron beam is emitted onto protein crystal. The protein crystals can be cooled to 100K for cryo-crystallographic studied using an Oxford Instrument cooling device. The resultant diffraction pattern is collected using a Rigaku Raxis IV ++ detector. The diffraction data can be processed with D*Trek, XDS or other data reduction programs.
