Benefits of the Disc spinning unit (DSU)
Ideal for fast as well as long-term imaging of cellular processes, 58ms to switch between fluorescent channels. Fully controlled incubator chamber with access doors for manipulation. Wide-field and spinning disc confocal imaging modes are available. Relief contrast (RC) for improved three-dimensionality, contrast and depth of focus when imaging unstained cells. 60x/1.3 silicone oil lens available for long-term imaging.
