Manufacturer: Bruker, D8 Advance

The XRD uses standard Ni-filtered Cu kα radiation and is capable of collecting data from ~1° to 160° 2θ. It is fitted with an automatic sample changer, allowing for the easy data collection on up to 30 samples.

We have zero background sample holders for measuring very small samples, as well as a number of front and backloading sample holders for powders.

Benefits of the D8 Advance X-Ray Diffractometer

The instrument is a well-equipped to collect diffraction data for a variety of different types of analyses from a range of powders or small solids samples
