Manufacturer: Amnis, Imagestream 100. Installed 2007.

The Imaging Flow Cytometer bridges the gap between microscopy and flow cytometry. The Imagestream is fast, sensitive and suitable for a wide range of experiments:

  • 100 cells per second
  • 500 nm resolution
  • 5 colours
  • identify colocalisation, internalisation, nuclear fragmentation and cell morphology
  • Funding sources: Other (Melbourne Materials Institute and the School of Engineering)
